It provides you two air outlets, each with its own shut-off valve so that you can keep two handpieces or other pneumatic tools connected to your air supply allowing you the flexibility of not losing time by switching them individually. Eggers' Split-System Package: $58.75 For eggers drilling their blow holes and emptying the egg shells, this includes the split-system accessory above, along with an egg blowing device. By being able to adjust your air supply when blowing the eggs, you can empty the smallest and most delicate of eggs, including ones purchased from a hatchery where extra calcium is not fed to the birds to provide thicker shells. We include a diamond bur that is the correct size for drilling the blow hole. ENDURA Misting System. Basic: $45.50 One of our best innovations to date and so good that we patented this jewel! It provides an ultra-fine mist coming from the ENDURA which eliminates the need for a dust cabinet, permits you to provide demonstrations without the problem of dust being inhaled, and allows you to keep your burs running cool while working on deep relief carving and three-dimensional work on crystal, marble, granite, stoneware, gemstones, eggs... ENDURA Highspeed Handpiece: $166.25 The only top quality handpiece that has been modified specifically for use by artisans who work on one or a variety of media; operates comfortably without vibration and low noise while at its maximum speed of 400,000+ rpms or when set at "Zero PSI" - or any air pressure in between; the ergonomic design and light weight allows anyone to engrave for hours on end with complete comfort; precision engineered and manufactured for a lifetime of use and has only one moving part - its turbine; the offset head allows for the utilization of burs as they were intended to be used. ENDURA Replacement Turbine: $57.75 The ENDURA turbines have an average minimum lifespan of 12 to 18 months with regular cleaning, lubrication, and system maintenance. We highly recommend that you keep an extra turbine on hand especially if you sell your work and have deadlines to meet. Industrial Air/Water Filter: $136.45 This heavy duty industrial quality filter will insure ultra clean dry air required for all highspeed handpieces and pneumatic tools that you need to operate at peak performance; it insures a longer life span for all pneumatic equipment and highspeed rotary engraving systems. Ster-L Cleaner/Lubricant: $18.25 The ENDURA Engraving System does not require an inline oiler but uses the Ster-L instead. It comes in a non-aerosol can that dispenses premeasured doses into the air intake tube of your handpiece and is used at one dose for every 8 to 12 hours of SOLID engraving time. ENDURA Adapter w/twin hose: $42.85 The adapter connects to the end of your handpiece and is attached to a twin hose that attaches at its opposite end to the pressure gauge and misting system insert. It is extremely flexible, chemically resistant, and coiled so that it will remain out of your way while engraving. ENDURA Bur Wrench: $17.75 A bur wrench is included with the ENDURA handpiece purchased separately or as part of the engraving system packages; used to loosen and tighten the collet holding the burs which eliminates problems common to other handpieces and their push/pull method of changing burs. Accessories Safety Glasses: $8.45 Protect your eyes from dust and flying debris while engraving with these NIOSH approved glasses that have side panels and will fit over regular eyewear. N-95 Dust Masks 3-pack: $5.95 OSHA approved extra heavy masks with multiple layers that stop the inhalation of biological dusts, debris, and mists. Diamond Cleaning Stone: $4.85 Used to remove the buildup of debris in your diamond burs by simply touching the spinning bur to the stone; for extra life add a few drops of the bur lube below to keep the cutting diamonds cooler during use. Carbide Cleaning Brush: $3.75 Stainless steel bristles to remove the dust buildup from the cutting blades of carbide burs by running the spinning bur through the bristles. Bur Lube, 1 ounce: $3.55 A water-based lubricant used to extend the life of both diamond and carbide burs by reducing the friction and heat generated by engraving for an extended period of time; pleasantly scented. Stencil Film, 10 sheet pack: $5.50 A super thin 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of Mylar film with a low tack adhesive on the back; copy designs onto this film with a copy machine or computer printer, cut the designs out and separate the film from its backing, place the film on your engravable and engrave directly through the film to transfer the image onto your medium; once transfer is complete, remove the film, and finish your engraving - this film is perfect for all who say they don't have a creative bone in them! All engraving systems are custom built to each customer's specifications and are shipped to you in easy to connect sections with assembly instructions included with each system. All of the components are connected by solid brass quick-connects and other connections have been wrapped in Teflon tape and clamped to insure air-tight seals. The pressure gauges on both the Industrial air/water filter and the engraving system have been preset for your convenience. All air hoses have been blown clean with ultra dry compressed air and the system has been tested for air leaks. The ENDURA handpiece has been cleaned and lubricated with the Ster-L and run at various air pressures to insure that it is working properly. Once your system has been checked once, it is then double checked and each section is marked for assembly and finally wrapped in plastic wrap so that when you receive your new system, it'll be ready to set up and you'll be able to begin engraving immediately.
*Please note that we do not sell air compressors or air hoses with our systems because we cannot provide you either at a lower cost than what you can purchase one locally. If you need us to provide these two components, please let us know and we will do our best to assist you in this matter. We do provide instructions for insuring that both your air compressor and air hose are blown clean prior to connecting them with your ENDURA Engraving System.
